The Way of Love is a national Episcopal framework and "rule of life" designed to foster spiritual growth, discipleship, and intentional evangelism. Launched under Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, the curriculum provides a game-like series of prompts to encourage a Jesus-centered life.

The Seven Practices

  1. Turn: Pause, listen, and choose to follow Jesus.
  2. Learn: Reflect on Scripture daily, especially Jesus' life and teachings.
  3. Pray: Dwell intentionally with God each day.
  4. Worship: Gather in community weekly to thank, praise, and dwell with God.
  5. Bless: Share faith and unselfishly give and serve.
  6. Go: Cross boundaries, listen deeply, and live like Jesus.
  7. Rest: Receive the gift of God's grace, peace, and restoration.

This framework has been integrated into seasonal parish life across the denomination, including Lenten programs at st-lukes-episcopal-church-altoona (see news-3196590).
